Being a business owner you may feel flooded with information on what you “should” do. There are a million strategies out there but guess what. If you are not internally aligned with what you want to create in your business, it doesn’t matter how many programs you take, how many fancy marketing strategies you implement or how extravagant your website is.

No strategy will work if you are not internally aligned with making money in your business.

The inner work is 95% of the job.

You could be working yourself to death without getting the results you want. I see this all the time with clients coming to me for help. It doesn’t need to be this way.

Chances are you are blocking money from coming to you by who you are being; your beliefs, thoughts and actions – and most of all, by your own blind-spots when it comes to your money and mindset.

You don’t need to work hard to make money in your business, but you do need to learn how to align your inner world with receiving abundance.

For YEARS I was trying to put my finger on why one person would succeed when another would fail. In my businesses, I studied my clients, my employees, my sales people and even my franchisees. People who were doing the same job and who all were trained the same way and qualified had such enormous differences in performance. I noticed it had little to do with intelligence, education or anything tangible. It has everything to do what goes on in the person’s mind.

Is your mindset draining your business or keeping you stuck?

This is what I know to be true:

The universe has an unlimited supply.

If this is not what’s showing up in your life and business, something is blocking abundance from flowing to you.

The following tips will transform your money game in your business

• Be grateful for what you have, no matter how much or little it is. The feeling of gratitude attracts abundance.

• Get into the habit of giving without expecting anything in return. Give even when you think you have nothing to give. (There is always something you can give: Give of your money, your time, your attention)

• You need to spend money before you receive it. Stop saying I will do this when the money comes in. No! Spend first. What comes out from you must come back to you. If you restrict the outflow of money you also restrict the inflow. Everything in the universe circulates, and this is true for money as well. Where are you restricting circulation?

• Stop looking for deals or cutting coupons. The fact that you are doing this means you are believing in lack, which will only bring more lack. Buy things because you want it, not because it’s cheap! Remember, lack only exists if you believe in it. Abundance is the truth of the Universe.

• Understand that the Universe has an unlimited supply. Once you learn how to tune into that supply, there’s nothing you cannot have, be or do. Your job is to tune into abundance kind of like someone would tune into a radio station. Wealth is always there, but are you tuning into it?

• Let money be your friend. Bless it. As you pay your bills, send blessings to the people receiving it.

• Heal your relationship with money. What is the story you are telling yourself about money now? If you are not seeing the amount of abundance in your life that you want, most likely you have a money story that is disempowering to you. Change it and see your life change with it. • Know that you are always supported and you always get what you need when you need it. You are Divinely supported even if you may not be aware of it.

• Don’t stay attached to where the money and abundance is coming from. Trust it will always be there for you, and it will be.

• Decide you will have what you want. When you decide, you are leaving out any other options than what you want. The Universe has no other option than to give it to you.

• Know that you are 100% responsible for your reality. If you are not seeing what you want, change your thoughts and the story you are telling yourself. Your reality is just a reflection of what’s going on inside of you.

• Don’t get caught up in HOW the money is going to show up. Your job is to focus on WHAT you want, and you let the universe takes care of the how. The how is NOT your job.

• Ask yourself; what am I resisting doing or being? Do it and you will become a money magnet for abundance and flow. What you resist persists. When you’re in flow, abundance flows.

• Act as if you already have what you want. How would you think, believe and act differently than you are right now?
