You are great at what you do. You have taken tons of training. Your clients love you. You know how to market yourself. You follow the advice of successful people. Yet, you don’t understand why you aren’t consistently reaching your income goals. If this resonates, these mindset tips may help you turn things around.

Something is off, but what? You try to work harder, longer hours, do more. But it’s not translating into the results you want.

It’s frustrating. There is something you can’t put your finger on that is holding you back. If you only knew what it is…

Could it be a belief? If you aren’t creating what you want, most likely you have a deep rooted subconscious belief that is repelling the very thing you are trying to create.

Often these beliefs are rooted in lack. You may believe that there is not enough to go around.

The truth is, there is no lack in nature. The only lack that exists is the lack in your own mind. Because your thoughts and beliefs are what create your reality, you can only have lack if you first believe there is lack.

If there is lack in your life, it’s because there is lack in your consciousness.

The easiest way to figure out what your beliefs are is to look at your own reality. If you don’t have enough money in your life, most likely there’s something going on underneath the surface that makes it hard for you to attract money. Until you heal that, your reality is likely not going to change, at least not permanently.

A belief in lack can keep you majorly stuck. It’s a vicious cycle because as long as you believe in it, you will experience lack in some form.

And I want to share it’s not your fault that you have these beliefs. You have likely inherited these beliefs or taken them on from your environment. Humanity has been programmed for lack for eons, yet lack is not the truth of how the Universe operates.

Have you ever tried counting the trees in the forest, or the blades of grass on your lawn? Yeah, no lack there, right?

This is why I always work with my clients around their beliefs. It’s going to be really hard to get what you want if your beliefs are contradictory to what you want and not rooted in higher truth.

You’ll continue to repel the very things you want and work hard at getting. And given that your mindset is responsible for more than 90% of your results, I’d say it’s pretty important to have your mind and your beliefs in the right place, wouldn’t you agree?

Some of the most typical beliefs I see that are holding my clients stuck are:

• It’s hard to make money
• I am not worthy of making money/having a lot of money
• People who make a lot of money are greedy/not spiritual/evil
• People cannot afford to work with me

And the list could go on and probably fill an entire book…

These beliefs are often subconscious, meaning they are not conscious to your awareness. Yet, these beliefs keep duplicating lack like a copy machine that’s working around the clock. This is because your subconscious mind creates your reality based on your beliefs, and your subconscious mind works 24/7.

I challenge you to ask yourself: What’s not flowing easily for you in your business and in your life? What could be an underlying belief that you have that is causing you to create this reality?

After identifying what your beliefs are, start working on shifting your beliefs and turn them into beliefs that are aligned with what you want to create.

Focus on your new beliefs many times per day. Imagine what it feels like to have that new belief show up as your new reality. If you do this, eventually it will start to reprogram, as the subconscious mind gets programmed via repetition.

However, if focusing on these new beliefs make you feel bad or you feel a lot of resistance, it’s not constructive and you may need help shifting your beliefs in another way. There are many modalities that can assist with that.
