We are all one. Everything is connected. Just like cells in your body communicate via physical response signals within your body, you are communicating with the world around you in a similar way through your energy.

Your energy or vibration is the key to getting what you want in life and in business.

It’s hard to feel good about yourself if you are constantly stressed out, depressed or in a state of anxiety or worry.

However, that’s how a lot of business owners feel. Can you relate? They stress out and they worry about the future. Where is the next client going to come from? How am I going to pay my bills?

Worrying tends to attract the very thing you don’t want. It’s a very disempowering emotion that isn’t doing you much good.

At the core, everything is energy. Every part of you broken down to the tiniest particles is just energy vibrating at different levels of frequency. At the core, you are a ball of vibrating energy and how that energy vibrates will dictate what you attract into your reality.

Your frequency determines your results. It will determine whether or not you live in constant stress or in effortless flow and abundance.

Just like your thoughts and emotions effect your vibration, so does your lifestyle. What’s happening in one area of your life will affect other areas of your life, because your frequency doesn’t lie and you can’t run away from it.

So, for instance, if you’re dealing with a difficult relationship that is draining your energy on a daily basis, that is likely going to affect your business results.

If your health is not optimal, this will cause your frequency to be lower and affect your business results.

This is often a blindspot for a lot of people, and it used to be for me as well.

Question: How can my failing marriage have anything to do with me not getting the results I want in my business? I’m doing everything the gurus tell me to do!

Answer: Everything! That was the case in my experience and I’ve seen it time and time again with clients.

But often, people say something like this: Once my business is making enough money…then I’ll leave this relationship. But the thing is, often it’s the relationship that is making it hard to make the money in the first place.

I definitely learned this the hard way myself, and couldn’t believe what happened after I got divorced. I hadn’t made any changes to how I did my business, but all of a sudden it was as if the floodgates opened up and money and clients just started pouring in.

Everything is connected. You cannot hide your energy. 

The key is to stay in a high vibration so you can attract the things you want. In order to optimize your vibration, YOU need to be optimized. That means functioning optimally on all levels: Mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Unfortunately, most people don’t operate from an optimized place. They are unbalanced in one or more of these areas and are often not aware of how one area of their life affects other areas. This can cause frustration and make you feel stuck.

How your energy and the different areas of your life affect your business results

Mentally:

In order to function optimally you need clarity of mind, focus and your brain needs to work optimally. You need to be able to think well and have constructive thoughts so you don’t get sucked into doubt and fear but instead get the right things done. This is difficult if you’re in a constant state of doubt, indecision, worry or overwhelm.

Emotionally:

If you don’t feel good about yourself, how do you expect others to? The answer is, they will subconsciously pick up on how you feel about yourself and mirror that back to you. If you don’t feel good enough, then your potential clients will feel this and be inclined to say they don’t want to work with you.

Your emotions are key in order to manifest the results you want. The key is to stay in positive emotions. This isn’t always easy. If you have a lot of suppressed emotions, this can be a reason why you feel things are difficult and why you keep getting pulled into lower emotional states. Physically:

You need the energy and stamina to get the job done without feeling drained and also have energy left over to live your life vibrantly in all areas. This is hard if you’re constantly feeling tired or your health is suffering. Give yourself the gift of doing what you need to do to rest up when you need it. Listen to what your body needs.

Remember, your frequency speaks louder than words and is the key to what you attract into your life. If you’re feeling unwell, it’s because your frequency is low. Sometimes taking break and allowing yourself to take a day off or take a nap can do wonders.

Spiritually:

If you don’t feel connected and supported by the universe, life can be very hard. You may not have the courage to do what you know you need and want to do.

When you feel connected and taken care of and supported by the Universe, you can easily take empowered action and not let fear stop you from doing what you are called to do. You can easily move forward in faith and trust which is key to manifesting the big miracles 🙂

When you vibrate at higher levels of energy, you’re in flow. It’s like you’re swimming down the river and the tide is taking you where you want to go, effortlessly.

You attract good things into your life naturally and without struggle. It just happens because your vibration invites it in. Often, you don’t even have to do anything for it to happen. The right people and opportunities show up with little effort and you are a powerful manifester of the things you want.
