Despite the fact that most of us were brought up to believe that life happens to us, we are the ones creating our circumstances. By transforming on the inside, we magically transform the world we experience.

Your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and actions attract different experiences into your life vibrationally.

If you want your outside circumstances to change, you need to change inside first.

You need to stop the blame. It’s not your mama or the President’s fault. It’s you. You are the only one who can change your life and business. You are in 100% control. But if you keep giving the blame to others, you are giving away your power to do anything about it. You become the victim of your own circumstances instead of the master of your castle.

If something is not working, first look within yourself and see how that is a mirror of who you are. If you are not making as much as you want in your business, take a close look at who you are being around money.

The quickest and easiest way to transform ANY challenge in your business is to look inside first.

This week I was talking to one of my clients. She’s an amazing person and business owner, she’s a go getter and has always been very successful in everything she put her mind to. But she was frustrated. She felt that people didn’t appreciate all the things she does for them.

I asked her where she was not appreciating herself, and she quickly became aware that she took herself for granted. She took her success for granted. She said, I always do well, but I never appreciate it or celebrate my successes. I just look for the next goal once I reach the first one.

So we created a plan for how she can start appreciating herself more every day, because once she does she will see her outside world match her own appreciation for herself and people will start treating her differently.

It’s all very simple; you have to give yourself what you want from others first. If you want to be appreciated, then appreciate yourself more first. If you want more clients, then you need to appreciate the clients you already have. If you want more money, then you need a close and intimate relationship with money that is based in truth rather than fear.

You need to give yourself what you want from others.

Let’s zone in on money for a moment because it’s such a big one for many.

Your relationship with money will determine how money shows up in your life. You cannot be upset with money and attract more of it. Think of money as a person for a moment. Would you want to be with someone who constantly is angry with you? How do you think money feels if you always say nasty stuff about it? Think it wants to stick around and hang out with you?

Despite the fact that we’re told everything happens to us, it’s really all a big lie. We create from within. We change on the inside and everything magically changes on the outside. So if you want more money, start with your relationship with money. How do you treat it? What do you think and believe about it? Do you take good care of it? Do you give it attention and if so, is it positive or negative?

What are you saying about money? Remember that the universe hears each thought and will attract to you what you think about most. So if you keep saying words like “I cannot afford” or “I can’t have that”, then that’s exactly what you will get. You cannot talk like that and attract abundance, the two are on completely different frequencies.

If you want more abundance in your business, then you need to feel abundant first. You need to make decisions based on abundance rather than lack. You need to stop worrying if there will be enough and decide and trust that there will always be more than enough – because when you do, there always will be more than enough and you will become a magnet for abundance. But nothing can change until you change who you are being around money. You need to change your story before your reality can change. You need to go beyond your programming and create new rules for yourself.

If you want more abundance, you need to feel abundant first.

This takes a lot of courage, but it is what is going to set you free and this is how you transform your business and your life from the inside out. You need to be willing to challenge your deepest beliefs about reality and understand that you have been operating not based on truth, but based on programming.

Once you change, then the world will mold like clay to the new you. Things that used to be problems for you will just disappear out of thin air, and amazing things will start to line up for you. Easily and without force or effort. More clients, more money, more time, more opportunities, more freedom; whatever it is that you want.

Take a look at your current reality and use it as a mirror to see what needs to change within you.

If there is not enough money, what do you have to change about your relationship with money? If you are working hard and exhausting yourself, what’s your belief about needing to work hard? If you are attracting the wrong clients, then how do you need to change in order to attract the type of client you want?
